Robin's Sunshine Jam Recipe

3 cups chopped pears

1 cup drained crushed pineapple

1 large bottle maraschino cherries chopped

¼ cup lemon juice

7 ½ cups *sugar

1 package Sure Jell Certo or Mrs. Wages fruit pectin


Instructions:


Boil all for two minutes at a rolling boil. Fill jars. Cover with melted paraffin.


Notes:


This jam recipe is *really sweet* so I would play with the amount to get it to far less sugar! Raw honey like my favorite from Kutik's would be a nice substitute option, or perhaps Stevia
