3-4 organic carrots
3-4 celery stalks
1 chunk of fresh ginger
1 organic Granny Smith apple
Option: You can just do the carrots and apple if you prefer!
Wash carrots and cut off the ends. You do not need to peel organic carrots.
Wash celery stalks, ginger, and apple.
Put your fresh veggies, ginger, and apple into your juicer. Use the entire apple!
Drink immediately or keep the juice in a sealed glass jar or thermos for up to 24 hours. Fresh is best to capture the nutrients and enzymes.
