Sharon's Carrot Juice Recipe

3-4 organic carrots

3-4 celery stalks

1 chunk of fresh ginger

1 organic Granny Smith apple


Option: You can just do the carrots and apple if you prefer!


Instructions


  • Wash carrots and cut off the ends. You do not need to peel organic carrots.

  • Wash celery stalks, ginger, and apple.

  • Put your fresh veggies, ginger, and apple into your juicer. Use the entire apple!

  • Drink immediately or keep the juice in a sealed glass jar or thermos for up to 24 hours. Fresh is best to capture the nutrients and enzymes.
